Do I need to pay upfront?
No — for most bookings you pay at pickup. Corporate accounts and long multi-day tours may take an advance, which we always tell you before you confirm.
Can I get a car with a driver?
Absolutely. Choose "Hire a driver" when you search, or add a driver to any rental. Every driver is verified and knows Nepal's routes end to end.
Which areas do you cover?
We serve all major cities and routes across Nepal — Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, Bhairahawa and beyond. Tell us your pickup point and we'll arrange it.
What documents do I need?
A valid ID (citizenship or passport) and, for self-drive, a valid driving licence. You upload these once during booking — no paperwork at the counter.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. You can change dates or cancel from your dashboard. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; after that a small fee may apply for driver bookings.
Is fuel included in the price?
Self-drive rentals are quoted without fuel — you return it as you received it. Driver and tour packages can include fuel; the quote spells out exactly what's covered.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes — 24×7 meet-and-greet at Tribhuvan International Airport and across the Kathmandu valley. Share your flight number and we'll be waiting.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book on the same day subject to availability, but for weddings, VIP cars, and peak-season tours we recommend booking a few days ahead to lock in your choice.
